Was that a question? Take a deep breath and repeat after us: “I’m a badass!” Now, say it like you mean it.
-
Hell no!
If it hasn’t launched yet, don’t sweat it. As long as the project was alive and kicking in studio between September 1, 2023, and August 31, 2024, it’s fair game. We just want to keep things fresh, that's it.
-
There will probably be more Junior/Mid-Level rock stars nabbing this one, sure. But anyone crushing it at any level can take home the shiny trophy. What matters is they’re going beyond what’s expected for their role.
-
Damn right!
This award may focus on client relationship, but let’s be real – it takes a team to make magic happen. Client Services might be in the spotlight, but if you helped build that partnership, your name better be on that entry. No exceptions.
-
You bet that sweet little baby they can! If they were a key player on the project before parental leave, they 100% deserve that credit. No one’s getting left behind here.
-
Not a chance.
This whole awards program is internal, and we treat everything with sensitivity and diligence. Nothing confidential will hit the public eye – the good stuff is just for us. (More reason for you to flex your work).
